Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that conventionally, in the case of forming a shelf device with four shelf board supports and a plurality of shelf boards, the shape of a shelf board formed in a container shape plays a major role in keeping the shape of the entire shelf device, while because the shelf boards and the shelf board supports are locked by screws, rotation is possible at the joint portions of the shelf board supports and the shelf boards, such that the four side faces of the shelf are deformed easily from a rectangle to a parallelogram.SOLUTION: The frame-shape side plate of the shelf device for the automation process is formed such that a thin rectangular metal sheet is bent at a right angle with a first predetermined width in parallel from the four corners after a square hole is drilled at its central portion and its four corners are cut out, and is additionally bent at a right angle with a second predetermined width in parallel from the four side ends so as to be bent in an U shape on the four sides of the metal plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
