Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fillet welding method and a fillet welding structure capable of suppressing formation of a swelled part on a fillet welding metal part, when fillet-welding the end of a weld object member to a weld mating member.SOLUTION: A stepped tongue piece part 70 constituted of a step part 71 and a tongue piece body 72 is formed on the end 41a of a first plate 41, and the first plate 41 is arranged on a weld fixing position on a boom body 31, to thereby place the stepped tongue piece part 70 on the boom body 31. Then, fillet welding is carried out so that the tongue piece body 72 of the stepped tongue piece part 70 is covered with a fillet welding metal part 76 formed by welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
