Abstract:
To improve the robustness of display quality against an input voltage change by extending the maximum ON period of a drive voltage while preventing a reduction in display quality due to luminance unevenness caused by variations in contact resistance.SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device pertaining to the present invention comprises a plurality of output switches each controlling the output of a drive voltage to different filaments, and a control unit for causing a pulse-shaped drive voltage to be applied sequentially to different filaments by sequentially turning output switches on. The control unit includes a plurality of feedback circuits for exercising, on the basis of the current value of a drive current flowing in a filament or the voltage value of a drive voltage applied to a filament, feedback control to control the ON duty of an output switch connected to the filament, the control unit individually exercising feedback control on each output switch using the plurality of feedback circuits, and also exercising feedback control using different feedback circuits for each of output switches whose order of drive voltage output are adjacent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
