PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter and the like capable of suppressing a load due to vibrations.SOLUTION: A filter 10 provided in a duct, is equipped with a plurality of first cord-like members 12 which is provided so as to extend in one direction, and is provided so as to be aligned; and a plurality of second cord-like members 13 which is provided so as to extend along the other direction, and is provided so as to intersect the first cord-like members 12. A first cross-sectional shape taken along a surface orthogonal to the one direction in which the first cord-like members 12 extend is circular, and a second cross-sectional shape taken along a surface orthogonal to the other direction in which the second cord-like members 13 extend is a streamline shape.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
