Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain oscillation of switching elements connected in parallel.SOLUTION: A controller includes a setting circuit for setting the target value of the gate voltage of each switching element, a drive circuit for switching each switching element by applying a gate voltage having a target value thus set to the gate of each switching element, a difference detection circuit for detecting the difference between the currents flowing to respective switching elements, and a counting circuit for counting the number of times of oscillation occurring in the detection value of the difference detection circuit, after switching by a gate drive circuit. When the count value by the counting circuit goes above a prescribed number of times, the setting circuit changes the gate voltage of at least one of the two switching elements.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
