Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle side part structure which can inhibit entry of a front side door during a lateral collision.SOLUTION: A vehicle side part structure 10 includes an insertion port 14A which is provided at a vehicle width direction end part of an instrument panel reinforcement 14 connected to a front pillar 20 and is disposed at the inner side of a front side door opening 18 in a vehicle side view. The vehicle side part structure 10 includes a restriction bolt 50 which is erected from a door inner panel 34 to the vehicle width direction inner side at a position on the door inner panel 34 corresponding to the insertion port 14A in the vehicle side view and is inserted into the insertion port 14A at its tip during a lateral collision of a vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
