Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information which comprehensively shows a relationship between an in-process inventory and productivity by considering preparation changing in a facility for processing a variety of kinds.SOLUTION: A queue update part 107 updates the sequence of jobs in a queue each time a job selection part 104 selects a job, and causes the job selection part 104 to select one job. A preparation change calculation part 108 calculates the number of preparation changing times of a job group stored in a selection order in a processing sequence storage part 106. A production calculation part 109 calculates the productivity of a facility to the job group stored in the processing sequence storage part 106. A simulation result storage part 111 stores a set of productivity and a retrieval range. A simulation result collection part 113 generates information showing relationship between an in-process inventory and the productivity by using the set of the retrieval range and the productivity stored in the simulation result storage part 111.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
