Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer packaging material for a power storage device, which has adequate moldability and satisfying resistance against an electrolytic solution and which is superior in the adhesion between a base layer and a protecting layer.SOLUTION: An outer packaging material for a power storage device comprises a structure arranged by laminating at least a base protecting layer, a base layer, an adhesive layer, a metal foil layer, a sealant adhesive layer, and a sealant layer in this order. The base protecting layer is a cured product of a raw material including a polyester resin having a hydroxyl group in a side chain, and a polyisocyanate. The ratio [B]/[A] of a mole number [B] of an isocyanate group of the polyisocyanate to a mole number [A] of the hydroxyl group of the polyester resin is 5-60, and the polyester resin is 10-70 KOH mg/g in hydroxyl value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
