Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management technique that leaves the freedom of data use while imposing limits on data use.SOLUTION: An information management device includes a use information creation unit for creating use information in response to a data acquisition request from an application, and a use information registration unit for storing logs of use information. A database ID and a use permission condition ID are acquired from an inputted proprietor ID which is associated with a proprietor information database and a use permission information database, and the use permission information database is searched using those as keys and a list of application IDs is acquired. The information management device further includes an appropriate use determination unit for searching a use information log database with the database ID as a key and determines as being appropriate use when application IDs cannot be obtained or when application IDs are obtained but they are only those within the list of application IDs, and determines as being unauthorized use when they are not only those within the list of application IDs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9A
