PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll press device that can prevent generation of harsh and uncomfortable high-frequency abnormal sound and allows a scraper to normally function without causing a blade to be turned up even when a length A of the scraper and an effective length B of a holder member satisfy a conditional equation: B/A>0.9.SOLUTION: An electrode roll press device 10 comprises: a pair of press rolls which rotate relatively to each other; a scraper 23 which is closely adhered to a roll surface 19 of at least either one press roll 17; a holder member 24 that holds the scraper 23; and an air cylinder 27 that imparts to the holder member 24 energizing force by which the scraper 23 is closely adhered to the roll surface 19.
