To continuously display a panoramic image along a route from a start point to a goal point, with a simpler operation.SOLUTION: Route acquisition means 12 acquires a route on a map. Panoramic image determination means 13 determines multiple panoramic images corresponding to the route, from among panoramic images stored in storage means 11. Panoramic image selection means 14 thins out the determined multiple panoramic images in accordance with a predetermined rule, and selects panoramic images. Image clipping means 15 clips a part of each of the panoramic images selected by the panoramic image selection means 14 and to be displayed on display means 21. Image acquisition means 16 acquires the images (partial image) clipped by the image clipping means 15. Display control means 17 displays the partial images acquired by the image acquisition means 16 on the display means 21, in an order in accordance with the route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
