PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a troubleshooting support apparatus allowing a person inexperienced in troubleshooting to handle thereto similarly to that of a richly-experienced person, a troubleshooting support program, and a storage medium.SOLUTION: A troubleshooting support apparatus 1 includes: trouble message acquisition means 11; word extraction means 12; severity-determining classifier creation means 13 creating Bayesian classifier that, when the trouble message is generated, calculates a conditional probability P(F|S) representing to be a severe trouble message and, when a trouble message is generated, calculates a conditional probability P(N|S) representing not to be a severe trouble message; severity determination means 14 that, when the P(F|S) is larger than the P(N|S), determines that the trouble message is the severe trouble message; and display means 15 that displays the determination result for the trouble message.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
