Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic lathe device capable of fitting a work-piece to a chuck when supplying the work-piece while retreating a main shaft.SOLUTION: An automatic lathe device 1 performs cutting work of a work-piece 7 with a cutting tool 32 by moving a main shaft 2 which rotates the work-piece 7 fitted to a chuck 23, a main shaft moving mechanism 26 which causes the main shaft 2 to slide in the shaft direction and the work-piece 7 fitted to the chuck 23 so as to be protruded from a hole part 31 of a wall surface part 3 via the main shaft moving mechanism 26. Therein, a space is formed between the main shaft and the wall surface part 3 while retreating the main shaft 2 to the rear side and the work-piece 7 is fitted into the space. Further, the main shaft 2 is caused to advance, the work-piece 7 is protruded from the hole part 31, the work-piece 7 is brought into contact with a positioning member 5 provided on the front side of the hole part 31 of the wall surface part 3 and the work-piece 7 is grasped while a protrusion amount from the chuck 23 is arranged.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
