Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic system with fail-safe capable of providing fail-safe without using a change-over valve.SOLUTION: A hydraulic system with fail-safe includes: a servo piston which changes a tilting angle of a pump of variable capacity type; a regulation valve including a spool which moves in a flow rate reduction direction and a flow rate increase direction; an electromagnetic proportional valve which exhibits a negative correlation between a command current and a secondary pressure; a horsepower piston; a flow rate control piston; an operation device including an operation lever; and a control device which sends a command current in accordance with the tilting angle of the operation lever between the minimum command current and the maximum command current to the electromagnetic proportional valve such that the command current lowers as the inclination angle of the operation lever increases. Therein, the horsepower control piston is constituted such that an emergency horsepower control line when the minimum horsepower control line traces an engine horsepower corresponding line or exceeds the engine horsepower corresponding line and the secondary pressure of the electromagnetic proportional valve becomes maximum lowers than the engine horsepower corresponding line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
