Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water barrier structure for a joint part between structures, which may ensure water barrier property against presumed earthquake.SOLUTION: A water barrier structure 100 for a joint part between structures is a water barrier structure 100 for a joint part 2 between caissons 1, 1 providing water barrier for the joint part 2, in which displacement between caissons 1, 1 arranged with an interposed joint part 2 is allowed, which comprises joint material 10 which is made of an elastic member, whose both end parts are fixed onto the caissons 1, 1 in a manner bridging the joint part 2 and which allows displacement between the caissons 1, 1 so that the joint part 2 is provided with water barrier and fluid water barrier material 20 injected into the joint part 2 onto which joint material 10 is fixed with an interval and which is present between joint material 10, 10 at a height at which bottom part of the joint material 10 displaced relatively to maximum displacement between the caissons 1, 1 is provided with a water barrier.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
