Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a method of correcting roundness which can suppress a cost when roundness correction is carried out on plural kinds of ring-shaped members with different diametrical dimensions.SOLUTION: While outer peripheral surfaces of a plurality of inside rolls 5 and 5 disposed at an interval in a circumferential direction of a ring-shaped member 3 are pressed against an inner peripheral surface of the ring-shaped member 3 so as to roll, at least one inside roll 5 of the inside rolls 5 and 5 is driven to rotate about its center axis, thereby rotating the ring-shaped member 3 about its center axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
