PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet capable of making an imaging module and an imaging apparatus thinner and providing excellent three-dimensional image, and an imaging module and an imaging apparatus equipped with the same.SOLUTION: An lens sheet 11 includes: light transmission parts 111 arranged closer to a light incident side than an imaging device part 14 in an imaging module 10, aligned in plural directions along a sheet surface and each having a convex unit lens shape 112 on the light incident side; and a light absorption part 113 arranged interposing neighboring light transmission parts 111 so as to surround each light transmission part 111, and extending from a back face 11b of the lens sheet 11 to a front of a face on the unit lens shape 112 side along a thickness direction of the lens sheet 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
