Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a program, a mobile terminal, and an exercise assistance system capable of presenting a suitable exercise task and a cognitive task in accordance with the age, the exercise ability, and the cognitive ability of a user, and capable of preventing and ameliorating dementia. [Solution] Provided is an exercise assistance program which causes a computer to execute a voice frame generation process 22 for creating a plurality of voice frames by segmenting voice data at a given interval, a voice frame allocation process 26 for allocating each voice frame to any of a plurality of voice channels, a voice superimposition process 28 for superimposing discontinuous voice frames allocated by the voice frame allocation process 26 on a per voice channel basis at a given degree of superimposition, and a voice output process 30 for externally outputting a modified voice corresponding to the voice frames superimposed by the voice superimposition process 28, wherein the given degree of superimposition in the voice superimposition process 28 can be changed.
