Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new coffee machine which can extract authentic drip coffee, and furthermore in which maintenance such as washing of each part thereof and replacement of members thereof can be facilitated, and which can be hygienically controlled at a high level.SOLUTION: The coffee machine is provided in which coffee powder W ground to a proper grain size is charged into an extraction cylinder 11 configured in such a way that upper and lower opening portions of a cylinder body 13 can be respectively closed by an upper piston 14 and a lower piston 15, then hot water is supplied into the extraction cylinder 11 for extracting drip coffee. The upper piston 14 and the lower piston 15 are fixed in a resting state, only the cylinder body 13 is lifted up and down with respect to both pistons 14, 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
