Abstract:
To provide an automatic driving vehicle capable of appropriately coping with anomalies or problems associated with a driver or a passenger while securing safe driving and preventing accidents.SOLUTION: An automatic driving vehicle has a manual driving mode, and an automatic driving mode in which autonomous travel is available. The automatic driving vehicle comprises: sleep determination means for determining a sleep of a driver; means for setting the vehicle to the automatic driving mode when it is determined that the driving is sleeping by the sleep determination means and for promoting the driver to awaken; determination means for determining whether the driver has awaken in response to the promotion; and control means for performing a prescribed operation control in the automatic driving mode when it is determined that the driver does not awake with the determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
