Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by forming a decoration stitch through a simple process.SOLUTION: The end edge of one skin member part 3 and that of the other sin member part 4 that form decoration stitches 34, 44 keep a patch 5 interposed as a separate member different from them to form decoration stitches 34, 44, 54 in continuity with the skin member parts 3, 4 and the patch, and then the patch is cut at a halfway position along a formation direction of the decoration stitch 54. The patch 5 is sufficiently prepared at a rate of a predetermined length by a piece for two skin member parts 3, 4 that clamp the patch 5, and further is only sewn continuously in a direction, not sewn back, so that the decoration stitches 34, 44 can be applied in a simple process to reduce the working time, manufacturing time, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
