Abstract:
To provide an α type artificial femoral stem prothesis including an integrated and coupled femur stem cone and femur bone neck part.SOLUTION: A tool operation hole is installed on an upper end surface of a femur bone neck part 2, a stem 3 includes a femur stem proximal part 4, a femur stem medium part 5 and a femur stem distal part 6, and a declination angle is provided between the femur bone neck part and the stem. The artificial femoral stem prothesis employs an integrated structure, for solving problems such as abrasion between components and bone corrosion. An activity range of a femur bone neck part is large, embedding of the prothesis is stabilized, for preventing rotation. By the artificial femoral stem prothesis, conditions preferable for growth and breeding of bone cells and soft tissues are achieved, a fixing effect of the prothesis in a human body is enhanced, a use life of the prothesis is extended, a success rate of surgical operation is enhanced, and pain on a patient after surgical operation is reduced. A titanium fine porous membrane is sprayed to a surface of the prothesis for enhancing biocompatibility, intensity and plastic toughness match a human body's bone, thereby achieving complete matching of the prothesis and a femur of the patient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
