Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination shaping method using a lamination shaping device that calculates accurate data on deformation, and reflects the calculated data on design data to control deformation of a shaped part to be shaped.SOLUTION: A lamination shaping method includes: (1) a step of shaping a part based on shaped part design data; (2) a step of acquiring three-dimensional data on a shaped part as point group data or polygon data; (3) a step of arranging at origin coordinates on XYZ-axis by correcting a position of the acquired data; (4) a step of severally creating cross section data on an XZ plane and a YZ plane passing a reference point arranged at the origin coordinates; (5) a step of severally extracting a deformation parameter on an area corresponding to a flat plate part on each cross section datum; (6) a step of correcting shaped part design data based on each extracted deformation parameter; and (7) a step of shaping shaped part based on corrected shaped part design data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
