Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample collector of which a device configuration can be simplified, and which can sufficiently suppress occurrence of scratch, breakage and so on in a sample plate.SOLUTION: A sample collector 100 comprises plural reels 30, 32 for winding a steel plate 50, and a shear on an upstream side of the reels 30, 32, and when switching the reels 30, 32, the collector cuts the steel plate 50 and collects a sample plate. The sample collector 100 comprises first conveyors 11a, 11b, 11c which transport the steel plate 50 wound on the reels 30, 32 and the sample plate, and deflector rolls 14a, 14b which distribute the steel plate 50 and the sample plate so that the steel plate 50 and the sample plate are respectively transported to a second conveyor 12 on a downstream side with respect to the reels 30, 32 and the first conveyors 11a, 11b, 11c. The second conveyor 12 is so configured as to be stopped in the state of loading the sample thereon after transportation of the sample plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
