Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide molding equipment for a rubber member for tire capable of restraining occurrence of situation causing the operation stop of the molding equipment by entrainment of a rubber strip onto a lower side conveyor to prevent deterioration of a production efficiency.SOLUTION: There is provided equipment for molding a rubber member for tire by spirally winding a belt-like rubber strip on a molding drum. An applicator supplying the rubber strip to the molding drum is comprised in the equipment, and is composed of a pair of upper and lower conveyors provided movably along the shaft of the molding drum. The lower conveyor is a roller conveyor composed of plural rollers arranged in parallel at the prescribed intervals and besides, a rubber adhesion-preventing treatment is applied on each surface of plural rollers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
