Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coagulation-settlement device capable of making both compatible in security of stability of operation of the whole device and an improvement in efficiency of dehydration treatment of sludge in the next process.SOLUTION: A coagulation-settlement device for separating raw water into sludge and treatment water, comprises at least a coagulation tank, an aging tank, a settlement tank, a circulation pump, a cyclone, a distribution tank and a concentration tank. The distribution tank supplies discharge slurry to the concentration tank by separating into the discharge slurry and circulation slurry while bleeding air to separation slurry from the cyclone, and supplies the circulation slurry to the circulation pump together with settlement slurry from the settling tank. The concentration tank takes out the discharge slurry from the distribution tank as the sludge after concentrating by staying for a predetermined time, and supplies an overflow quantity to the coagulation tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
