Abstract:
To provide a suspension material replacement device and a suspension material replacement method using the same, which can safely and reliably replace a suspension material regardless of who performs the operation, even when a section of the length of the suspension material is short.SOLUTION: A suspension material replacement device for replacing a suspension material (existing suspension material ES) attached to a main rope MC and supporting a structure (upper chord material UM) by suspension, comprises: a main rope hooking member (temporary suspension metal fitting 2) hooked on the main rope MC; a structure lifting member (lifting metal fitting 3) fixed to lift a structure (upper chord material UM); temporary suspension means 5 for connecting the main rope hooking member and the structure lifting member so as to be adjustable in length; a hydraulic jack 6 interposed in the temporary suspension means 5 and capable of being pushed and pulled; and a tension meter 7 connected to one end of the hydraulic jack 6 for measuring the tensile force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
