PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart system capable of obtaining electronic medical chart information and receipt creation information subjected to disease name inspection processing.SOLUTION: An electronic medical chart server of an electronic medical chart system 1 includes: storage means for storing an electronic medical chart information DB, a matching insurance disease name information DB for specifying an insurance disease name matching with a chart disease name and content of treatment and prescription, and a receipt creation information DB that includes the insurance disease name and content of treatment and prescription and is applicable to creation of the receipt; and control means for referring to the matching insurance disease name information DB, specifying the insurance disease name that matches with the chart disease name input into the electronic medical chart information, obtaining an insurance disease name candidate matching with content of treatment and prescription, and when no insurance disease name matching with the chart disease name is contained in the insurance disease name candidate matching with the content of treatment and prescription, selectably displaying the insurance disease name candidate matching with the content of treatment and prescription on an electronic medical chart terminal to add the insurance disease name selected in the electronic medical chart terminal to receipt creation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
