PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a techniqu for detecting a breakable part of a capping sheet.SOLUTION: Parameter data on the degree of strain of a capping sheet in a part where strain gauges are located is input into a breakable part detector from strain gauges on the capping sheet. A breakable part detector 124 in the breakable part detector detects where a breakable part exists in the capping sheet on the basis of the parameter data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
