Abstract:
A charging control device (10) is provided with an input receiving unit (110) that receives the input of a charging time desired by a user, a fee adjustment unit (120) that performs fee adjustment according to the input charging time, an actual charging time acquisition unit (130) that acquires an actual charging time, a carry-forward time calculation unit (140) that calculates the difference between the input charging time and the actual charging time as a carry-forward time, a user information acquisition unit (150) that acquires user identification information for identifying the user, and a transmission unit (160) that associates the acquired user identification information and the carry-forward time and transmits said identification information and carry-forward time to an external device.
