Abstract:
To reduce hysteresis occurring when changing a rotational direction of a motor-operated valve with a planetary gear speed reduction device.SOLUTION: A motor-operated valve is provided that comprises: a valve body having a valve chest and a valve seat formed in the valve chest; a cylindrical can coupled to the valve body; a stator member equipped outside the can; a rotor member equipped in the can; a planetary gear speed reduction device reducing the rotational frequency of the rotor member and outputting the reduced rotational frequency to an output gear moving up and down with respect to the rotor member; a valve body controlling a passage amount of fluid by moving in a direction for allowing the valve body to contact/separate with/from the valve seat; a screw bearing fixed on the valve body and formed with a female screw section from the valve body side up to a predetermined section; a driver rotating together with the output gear and comprising a male screw section threadedly engaging with the female screw section of the screw baring; and spring means axially energizing the rotor member in a direction reverse to the output gear thereby regulating an axial position of the rotor member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
