Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet feeding device which can prevent a worker from forgetting to remove a fixing member, and to provide an image formation device.SOLUTION: An intermediate plate 182 in which sheets are loaded and which can move up or down is fixed to a side plate 189a of a sheet storage part 181 by a fixing machine screw 199 during transportation and the fixing machine screw 199 is removed when an image formation device body is installed. Control means determines whether checking operation for checking removal of the fixing machine screw 199 is needed and performs notification operation, in which protruding means protrudes the sheet storage part 181 from a housing in a drawing direction, when determining that the checking operation is needed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
