Abstract:
To enable a portable information device to execute processing irrespective of user's operation.SOLUTION: MFP has a first device side communication part capable of communicating with a portable information device in a first distance range, and an identification information achieving part 63 for receiving device identification information of the portable information device. When functioning as a registration device, MFP has a processing specifying part 71 for specifying processing according to an accepted operation, a control information generator 59 for generating control information containing device identification information and a command for making the portable information device execute specified processing, and a control information transmitter 67 for transmitting the control information to a server. When functioning as a control device, MFP has a control information achieving part 61 for achieving the control information containing achieved device identification information from the server in response to the achievement of the device identification information, and a command transmitter 57 for transmitting a command contained in the control information to the portable information device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
