Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MTF measurement chart CH that has a greater than usual ROI width and many MTF-measurable directions.SOLUTION: An MTF measurement chart CH, used by MTF measuring devices for MTF measurement representing spatial frequencies of imaging systems, has radiation areas B into which chart faces are partitioned by boundaries extending from in a center position O, which is a prescribed position on the chart faces, among themselves, and all the radiation areas B are divided by equal angles. Colors differing in contrast are given to each of the radiation areas B adjoining on the boundaries, colors having the same contrast are given to the radiation areas Band B, and the numbers of boundaries, including boundaries excluded from the measurement, are odd numbers not smaller than 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
