Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a switching frequency of a device used for an IoT service.SOLUTION: A server device 10 detects time when a first terminal entered an area where access to the server device is available and time when the access became unavailable, and registers an access available time calculated from the detected time with a prescribed storage unit. If the server device finds that a second terminal can access to the server device, it selects the server device or the second terminal on the basis of the access available time stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
