Abstract:
To provide a vehicle controller for allocating a proper control of a vehicle to an operation of an ignition switch in automatic drive time, for reflecting properly, an intention of a driver who performed the operation in automatic drive time.SOLUTION: A vehicle controller 100 can switch a mode between an automatic drive mode for controlling automatically, at least one of steering and acceleration/deceleration of a vehicle 1, and a manual drive mode for controlling steering and acceleration/deceleration of the vehicle 1 based on an operation performed by a driver. The controller has an operation stop operator for stopping an operation of a system of the vehicle, and when an operation of the operation stop operator is performed in traveling of the vehicle in the automatic drive mode, the controller 100 controls to stop the vehicle to a safe place, then, performs control for stopping the system of the vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
