PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage apparatus capable of reducing an influence due to heat in welding even when the welding is used to join an outer covering body.SOLUTION: A power storage apparatus 1 includes one or more power storage elements 310 and a first outer covering body 100 and a second outer covering body 200 arranged outside the one or more power storage elements 310. The power storage apparatus 1 further includes: a weld portion 11 which is a joint portion between the first outer covering body 100 and the second outer covering body 200 formed by joining the first outer covering body 100 and the second outer covering body 200 to each other by welding; a heat-susceptible object; and a heat shielding portion arranged between the weld portion 11 and the heat-susceptible object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
