Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation service support device capable of sufficiently coping with operation service support according to the number of organized train cars using a wearable terminal while using time table data with no information on the number of organized train cars for each station.SOLUTION: An operation service support device includes a wearable display part (32), a wearable data processing part (25), a storage part (11) for storing time table data (11b), a travelling position estimation part (21) for estimating a travelling position of a train, and an object station determination part (22) for determining an object station of the information display from the travelling position. When there is no change information on the number of organized train cars in the operation management information on the object station, the wearable data processing part (25) obtains the number of organized train cars when travelling at the object station based on the information on a change in the number of organized train cars at a train starting time or the number of train cars at the station before the object station, and displays the name of the object station, a travelling time, and the number of organized train cars in the wearable display part (32).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
