Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive laser device capable of reducing output fluctuation due to mode hopping and reducing the influence of returned light.SOLUTION: The laser device includes a condensing element 2 for condensing the light from the laser light source 1, an optical fiber 3 for receiving the light transmitted through the condensing element, a shaping element 4 for shaping emitted light of the optical fiber, and a reflecting element 5 that does not have a wavelength selection characteristic in the wavelength region of the laser light source but reflects a part of the light. The reflecting element is disposed any one of between the laser light source and the light collecting element, between the light collecting element and the optical fiber, between the optical fiber and the shaping element, or on the outgoing side of the shaping element. A part of the reflected light is made incident on the laser light source or the condensing element or the optical fiber or the shaping element which is closest to the position of the reflecting element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
