Abstract:
To achieve efficient targeting in consideration of the family make-up and life pattern of a user by selecting the user for distribution of a coupon on the basis of the user's energy usage state information.SOLUTION: A coupon distribution management device 2 of the invention selects a user for distribution of the coupon information on the basis of the user's energy usage state information (Fig. 4 and Fig.5). Particularly, the coupon distribution management device 2 receives settings of priority users 50 (users of high stay home rate at Saturday and Sunday, users of large house hold members, users of high eating out tendency, etc.) for preferentially distributing the coupon information from a registration terminal 3 (step S4 in Fig.7, and Fig.8), identifies users being the priority users 50 on the basis of the user's energy usage state information (Fig. 4 and Fig.5), and preferentially selects the users to distribute the coupon information (step S24 to S29 in Fig.10).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
