Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capstan for a wire drawing device capable of suppressing for a long term, swing at a peripheral end part of a capstan roll, even when rotation for wire drawing is repeated.SOLUTION: A capstan for a wire drawing device includes a plurality of capstan rolls each having the outer diameter of a slide contact surface provided on an outer periphery which becomes stepwise larger from one end toward the other end, and having an open hole on a central axis, and an adjacent small-diameter capstan roll and a large-diameter capstan roll are fitted together by a protrusion or a recess carried by each of them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
