Abstract:
To provide a steel plate vibration measurement apparatus capable of measuring vibrations of a steel plate within snout facilities of a continuous hot-dipping coated steel plate manufacture line.SOLUTION: A steel plate vibration measurement apparatus 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: an imaging device 11 which photographs an image of a steel plate inside snout facilities of a continuous hot-dipping coated steel plate manufacture line from outside the snout facilities through a peephole provided at the snout facilities; and a signal processing device 12 which performs image processing on the image of the steel plate photographed by the imaging device 11 to extract data on a vibration amplitude of the steel plate. Here, the signal processing device 12 preferably determines, when the vibration amplitude of the steel plate is equal to or larger than a preset threshold, that a roll installed nearby an inlet side of a quenching zone of a continuous annealing furnace may have deformed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
