Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for joining members where members are directly joined without using an adhesive, in which the positional deviation between the members is suppressed through a plurality of steps, and further, bubbling into the joint faces is suppressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for joining the first member and the second member made of a resin, a glass or a crystal, in which at least either the joint face of both the members is irradiated with ultraviolet light or plasma to modify the surface, after the irradiation, a unimolecule with a betaine structure is arranged between both the members, the joint faces of both the members are contacted and the joint faces of both the members are heated and pressurized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
