Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrothermal gasification reactor which hardly causes clogging of a waste water passage when a catalyst packed column for decomposing organic components contained in waste water is used as the hydrothermal gasification reactor.SOLUTION: A hydrothermal gasification reactor including a catalyst packed column which is packed with a granular catalyst containing a metal as an active ingredient and decomposes organic components contained in metal salt-dissolved organic waste water comprises: a first pH adjustment part which adjusts the pH of the metal salt-dissolved organic waste water to not more than 5 and less than 9 and removes generated solid components and/or a second pH adjustment part which adjusts the pH of the metal salt-dissolved organic waste water to not more than 9 and less than 13.5 and removes generated solid components; and a waste water supply part which supplies to the catalyst packed column the metal salt-dissolved organic waste water via the first pH adjustment part and/or the second pH adjustment part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
