PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle washer and a post-handling method of a brush in the vehicle washer which do not splash droplets dispersed due to post-handling of the brush to an automobile, a customer, or the like near the vehicle washer even when there is, near the vehicle washer, an automobile getting out from the vehicle washer in the middle of washing or an automobile waiting in line for the next vehicle wash.SOLUTION: After washing a vehicle, a vehicle washer performs a post-handling operation for cleaning or dewatering a rotational brush by rotating the brush and switches rotation directions of the rotational brush in accordance with a running position of a main body of the vehicle washer to prevent droplets due to the post-handling operation from splashing to the outside of a vehicle wash area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
