Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, in which electronic file data such as a drawing image and the like is transmitted from a sharing terminal such as an electronic blackboard and the like to an external file management server where the transmitted electronic file data is stored, and as necessary, the electronic file data can be acquired from the file management server, but the sharing terminal such as the blackboard and the like are used by a plurality of users in waiting order, and thus, due to requirements of a lot of chores for acquiring desired electronic file data from the file management server, a time such as a conference, lesson and the like has been shortened.SOLUTION: In conjunction with login processing (S11 to S16) of a user A, electronic file data in an exclusive folder for the user itself is automatically acquired (S17 to S20) from a file management server 8, which in turn prevents a time such as a conference, lesson and the like from being shortened due to requirements of many chores for acquiring desired electronic file from the file management server 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
