Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire that combines ice performance with dry performance by suppressing deterioration in block rigidity caused by providing many sipes.SOLUTION: A plurality of sipes formed in a tread portion of a block T formed in a tire tread portion are constituted of first sipes A and second sipes B. Groove depths H1 and H3 at center regions of the first sipes and the second sipes are formed deeper than groove depths H2 and H4 at both end portions thereof. The groove depths H1 at the center regions of the first sipes are formed shallower than groove depths H3 at the center regions G of the second sipes. The groove depths H2 at both end portions of the first sipes are formed deeper than the groove depths H4 at both end portions of the second sipes. The groove depths H3 at the center regions of the second sipes are formed shallower than a groove depth H of a main groove G partitioning the block, and the first sipes A are arranged at both side portions in a tire circumferential direction in the block T.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
