Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a magnetic core. The method comprises the steps of: a maintaining process: employing a workbench (13) to perform maintenance of a plate magnetic body; a groove formation process: allowing a first cutting tool (32) to cut into the magnetic body maintained by the maintenance workbench according to the regulated cutting depth and perform cutting feed to form a cutting groove (2); a groove shaping process: employing a second cutting tool (34) harder than the first cutting tool and formed according to the width of the first cutting tool to cut into the cutting groove and perform cutting feed to perform shaping of the shape of the bottom surface of the cutting groove; and a cutting process: employing a third cutting tool to perform cut-inin the vertical direction of the cutting groove and perform cutting feed to complete cut off the magnetic body. In a state of maintaining the magnetic body by employing the workbench, the formation of the cutting groove, the shaping of the shape of the bottom surface of the cutting groove and complete cutting of the magnetic body are performed to obtain a plurality of concave magnetic cores (3) from the magnetic body so as to improve the production efficiency of the magnetic core.
