Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining-type butterfly valve which is excellent in chemical resistance and heat resistance, in particular, improves seal performance at a valve vane side, secures a seal force between a seat liner and a disc in a proper state, and can suppress a rise of operation torque.SOLUTION: A disc 4 applied into a cylindrical body 2 as lining which is coated with a seat liner 3 is rotatably arranged via a shaft attachment part 20. A lining-type butterfly valve has backup rubber 5 attached between an accommodation groove 30 formed at an internal peripheral face of a body 2 and the seat liner 3, a bottom face 32 attached to an outside diameter side attachment face 33 of the accommodation groove 30 and side faces 42 adjoining the bottom face 32 are arranged in the backup rubber 5, and a space S in which the contact of both the side faces 42 and the accommodation groove 30 is avoid is formed at a part or the whole between the side faces and the accommodation groove.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
