Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agitator pot for agitating a cooking food material using an agitation blade to rotate with a component in the vertical direction while scooping up the cooking food material with the agitation blade, which can prevent the food material from becoming dry when the intermittent agitation is stopped.SOLUTION: An agitator pot includes an agitator container 1 for accommodating a food material, a rotation shaft 4 extending in a horizontal or oblique direction in the agitator container, an agitation blade 6 connected to the rotation shaft through an arm, a drive device 7 connected to the part of the rotation shaft protruding outside from the agitator container, and a control device 8 for performing output or the like of an actuation command to the drive device. A blade position detection device 9 is installed for detecting the position of the agitation blade. The control device 8 detects the position of the blade by the blade position detection device 9 when the rotation of the agitation blade 6 is stopped, and detecting that the agitation blade is on the lower side, stops the rotation of the agitation blade.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
